Health can be promoted by encourage healthful activities, such as regular physical exercise and sufficient sleep, and by reducing or avoiding unhealthful activities or situations, such as smoking or immoderate stress. Some factors affecting health are due to separated choices, such as whether to attract in a high-risk behaviour, while others are due to complex causes, such as whether the society is set out in a way that makes it easier or harder for people to get required healthcare services. Still other elements are beyond both solitary and group choices, such as inborn disorders.

If you have a healthy body, you have a healthy mind and a healthy lifestyle. living healthy is easy, and to ensure that, you need not work hard at the gym or eat boiled and bland foods.
